CFF Fluid Control Limited has received a contract from Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited for the supply of submarine equipment.
The order is valued at approximately ₹27.85 crore including tax and is to be executed by August 2027. The award was disclosed to BSE Limited on 13 August 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders is the Indian Navy’s primary submarine and destroyer builder, and the yard at which the P75 Scorpene class was constructed. CFF holds Authorised Equipment Manufacturer status at Mazagon Dock and has supplied platform and fluid control systems across successive submarine programmes.
The contract is domestic. Neither the promoter, the promoter group nor any group company has an interest in the entity awarding the contract.
