BSE Limited has approved the migration of CFF Fluid Control Limited’s equity shares from the SME platform to the Main Board.
The shares will trade on the Main Board with effect from Wednesday, 16 September 2026. The Exchange confirmed the migration in a letter dated 15 September 2026 and issued Notice No. 20260915-31 to trading members on the same date.
Shareholders had approved the migration by special resolution at the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting on 7 August 2026. The Company’s equity shares were listed on the BSE SME platform on 12 June 2023.
