At the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting, held on 7 August 2026, shareholders passed a special resolution approving the migration of the Company’s listed equity shares from the SME segment of BSE Limited to the Main Board of BSE Limited.
The Company’s equity shares were listed on the BSE SME platform on 12 June 2023, under scrip code 543920.
Migration is subject to the guidelines and procedure laid down under Chapter IX of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
