The Annual Report for FY2025–26 has been published and is available in the investor section.
Beyond the audited financial statements, the report sets out the Company’s engineering and programme position in more detail than has previously been published.
It records CFF’s qualification status across Indian Navy submarine and surface combatant programmes, presented by platform, shipyard and lifecycle stage, together with the Authorised Equipment Manufacturer footprint across DPSU shipyards and Naval Dockyards, and descriptions of the manufacturing facilities at Khopoli and Chakan.
The report also sets out the Indigineering thesis — the Company’s account of absorbing proven technology and manufacturing it in India to the same standard as the country that first developed it — and its four obligations: absorb, manufacture, indigenise and originate.
The technology partnerships with Naval Group, TKMS Atlas Elektronik and Nereides are described, as is the Company’s approach to research and development. A glossary of naval and technical terms is included.
