The Board of Directors of CFF Fluid Control Limited approved the audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2026 at its meeting on 5 May 2026.
Revenue from operations for the year was ₹208.74 crore, against ₹145.56 crore in FY2024–25. Profit after tax was ₹39.20 crore, at a margin of 18.78 per cent. Basic earnings per share were ₹19.08.
The results were audited by M/s V. N. Purohit & Co., Chartered Accountants, and filed with BSE Limited.
